Strategy:Get out Pidgeot A.S.A.P. and get a Dark Steelix powered up. Either use Energy Link or Super Connectivity to get energy back from the Discard Pile to power up the Dark Steelix. When on Steelix gets KO'ed all that energy is gone to the discard pile. So attach an energy from your hand to Dark Steelix(WARNING: DO NOT ATTACH RAINBOW UNLESS NEEDED!!!) or use Super Connectivity and get a rainbow energy back. Then, on the next turn, attach another energy from your hand to Dark Steelix. There you go a fully powered Dark Steelix in 2 turns. Dark Steelix is a tank. It can do alot of Damage and it can take in alot of Damage. When it takes in too much damage use Milotic to heal the Steelix.
Cards:
Dark Steelix 110 HP [D][M]
Evolves From Onix
[C][C] Energy Link 20 Search your discard pile for an energy card and attach it to Dark Steelix.
[F][C][C][C] Heavy Impact 60

R-G-30

Metagross 100 HP [P]
Evolves From Metang
Poke-Power Super Connectivity
Once During your turn (before your attack), you may search your discard pile for a [P] or [M] energy card and attach it to your aActive Pokemon. Then, put one damage counter on that Pokemon. This power can't be used if Metagross is affected by a Special Condition.
[P][C] Link Blast If Metagross and the Defending Pokemon have a different amount of Energy attached to them, this attack's base damage is 40 instead of 70.

Milotic 100 HP [W]
Poke-Power Healing Shower
Once during your turn, when you play Milotic from your hand to evolve 1 of your Pokemon, you may remove all damage counters from all of your Pokemon and all of your opponent's Pokemon(excluding Pokemon-ex)
[W][C] Wave Splash 30
[W][W][C][C] Distorted Wave 80 Before doing damage, remove 3 damage counters from the Defending Pokemon (all if there is less than 3)

Match Ups:
Gengar: This should be an easy matchup. One because the weekness of Gengar is Darkness. Two becuase placing the damage counters on all of my pokemon won't help it if you can use Milotic right. All we need is a fully powered Steelix and you are done.
Metanite: This Matchup should be easy. But if it isn't it is because they didn't think wisely. proboly the least you can do in this match is 60 but that isn't to worry. IF you finally get that darn MEtagross with 4 Metal Energy out they can't get their Metal back. Therefore all you have to do is use Milotic once and it is game over.
SMP: This is proboly a hard matchup if they get the set up easily. Otherwise this shouldn't be a problem. Try not to turn on the body and don't let them get set up fast. This way you should win. This is proboly going to be a hard match and if I make it to World and go all the way to the finals play this deck and lose, sadly. But I don't think that fast so I can't get there until I start getting better.
LBS: This could be a hard match because of Steelix ex's attack which KO's anything in your deck except the Dark Steelix. Get Dark Steelix Powered and hope for the best. That will be a hard matchup.
