Mega Evolution question

I observed that in another thread, it was mentioned that Mega Evolution is "evolution, and obeys all the rules of evolution". Just to confirm, does that mean that in Unlimited play,

a)You could attach a Scramble Energy/Double Rainbow Energy/Boost Energy to M Venusaur EX / M Blastoise EX.
b)You could prevent all effects of their attacks done to Shedinja from EX Dragon.
c)Professor Elm's Training Method can search for a M Evo card.

Addendum: If Mega Evolution is not Evolution under a different name(just with the extra turn-ending rule), then which aspects of Evolution in the TCG are carried over to Mega Evolution?
