I would EXTREMELY appreciate some feedback, considering I have posted a few decklists and strategies on this site and have only had a couple posts giving feedback, all of which are people telling me I am doing something wrong. That DOES NOT help..

Pokemon (22):
2-2-2 Meganium Prime (HGSS)
2-2 Sunflora (HGSS)
2-2-2 Torterra (Platinum)
2-2-1 Tangrowth (Stormfront) LVL X (Arceus)
1 Azelf (LA)

T/S/S (24):
3 Rare Candies
3 BTS
4 Bebe's
3 Pokemon Collector
1 Palmer's Contribution
3 Professor Oak's New Theory
1 Premier Ball
2 Pokemon Communication
2 Poke Radar

Energy (14):
8 grass
3 warp
3 Rescue

I have lowered the pokemon usage and added trainers to increase speed. Use supporters to get out Sunflora. Use Sunflora and the different trainers I have to set up Meganium (To be able to move energy around as much as I want) on the bench, Torterra to be my powerhouse as an active to do up to 120 damage if all grass energy is on the field, Tangrowth level X to pull all energies out of the discard when a pokemon is KOed. Use Warp energy to pull pokemon I need to be on the bench, back to the bench (IE Tangrowth after he gets all the energies out of the discard, or sunflora since it is so fragile). Use Palmers if need be to put Tangrowth level x back into my deck and sunflora to get it back into my hand, or just use the premier ball. And Rescue energy to be attached to pokemon as need be so that if they die, they immediately go back onto the field using BTS the next turn, and have Tangrowth lvlX ready on the bench be the pokemon I put back as active to pull all the discarded energies back onto the field, and use Meganium to distribute as I see fit.

Find a way to eliminate the bold.

Do you think having Tomb would increase speed, but do I have room for it? I know that rare candies will help speed things up if I get them in my hand quick enough. Maybe run 4 rare candies to get my 2nd stages out quicker? I really do need to run Sunflora because it really does help get crucial grass pokemon into my hand, yet it is easily snipped.. And Tangrowth I will be working on throughout the battle.

Do you have any thoughts on how I can increase the effectiveness of the deck? Or if you think the deck will be effective at all?

1+1+1 for tangrowth to heal. 1+1+1+ energy for torterra to attack. that is 6 cards + just to do TWO things....base this principle on ALL deckbuidling. not saying those Pokemon CANT be used. but continuously compare, what lines of pokemon do the most? and THAT is the key to any good deck. SP is NEVER the only answer. hell, even abamasnow wooped butt for a while. :)

Well the point of the deck is to have everything work together to win. I understand that it is just like Vilegar and it will most likely do the same thing every time, but at least with this deck, my other pokemon can at least do damage, and if Gengar is inaccessible, I have alternate methods to attack. So its not necessarily relying on one pokemon. I know that SP has multiple answers, but that is the point of SP. I myself prefer evolutions as to starting out with a beastly card right away. I am just trying to do something different, and in my head, everything could work out well. I would always have energy cycling through pokemon, and Torterra can do some pretty devastating damage if worked properly

Looks liek your trying to do too many things, You have 2 stage two evos, and a lvlX for your strat. jsut seems bound to be slow.

I know it is going to be impossible to make it super fast, but I think I have made it fast enough. The cards all work together to make the deck effective, so I really cannot take out a line. Other than the fact that it is slow, do you see anything that you would modify?

I agree with the other posts here. This deck has WAY too much going on. The key to deckbuilding is to start out simple and KEEP it simple.

I can't really tell what the deck's purpose is based off of the list provided. You're trying to do flippy heals, use an attack to recover from KOs (Don't do that... Trust me, they don't do well in this format... There's a reason why Garchomp Lv X from MD doesn't see hardly any use...), move around energies with Meganium Prime for no particular reason (attack is too expensive to use), and use the stage 2 Torterra as a main attacker... On top of all of this, Blaziken FB Lv X and Charizard AR will rip this deck apart due to weakness.

If your deck didn't have so much going on, myself and many others COULD give you some advice on how to improve it. However, because of so many things happening here, it's impossible to tell what you're aiming for, thus it's impossible to offer any suggestions.

I recommend starting from scratch again. Try finding a pokemon that can fill in multiple roles at once. You say that you like to heal? Need a main attacker? Give Leafeon RR and Leafeon Lv X a long look.

Leafeon RR's Poke-Body lets you heal by attaching energy. However, you'll need energy acceleration to abuse it. One of its attacks, Plus Energy, helps that. Two energy for 40 damage and lets you attach an energy from your hand to any of your pokemon. Furthermore, its LV X's Poke-Power, lets you attach an energy from your hand to one of your pokemon, again activating Leafeon RR's Poke-Body. MORE healing. The Lv X also offers an attack. Two energy for 30 damage, but it does 10 more damage for each energy attached to it. With all of the energy you're attaching per turn, this damage can get high pretty fast. Bingo. See what all a simple line of Leafeon Lv X accomplished? It can heal, attack, and accelerate energy all at once. Every competitive deck in existence uses this same multi-tasking concept to the greatest extent. It speeds up a deck, increases consistency, and will always yield you more wins. The Leafeon idea is just one example. See what you can come up with. Feel free to use my idea if you wish.

Just remember that whatever you do, keep things simple. If you have multiple things that you wish to do, find a pokemon that can fill in multiple roles at once. Above all, though, keep it simple and consistent. Without consistency (by this, I mean constantly being able to setup quickly), you're going to lose. Always.
