Meganium d

Lets say i have meganium active and I use Delta Reduction. Then durning my opponents turn they Pokmon reversal, or Dragg off and Meganium d has to go to the bech... Does the defending pokemon still do 30 less damage to the NEW active pokemon.

The Delta Reduction effect is attached to the Defending Pokemon that was attacked by Meganium. (The damage reduction effect states "before applying Weakness and Resistance", which means it's on that specific Pokemon.)

If Meganium retreats, the effect is unchanged, as it resides on the other Pokemon.
