Given the recent ruling on Hidden Legends Starmie, stating that Metal and Darkness are not Basic Energy Types, should this ruling be applied to all applicable cards?
E.g. Does Rainbow Energy only count as Fighting, Lightning, Grass, Fire, Water and Psychic instead of every aforementioned type plus Metal and Darkness?
This seems to me like a very questionable ruling which would give a multitude of repercussions.
Now if the card is erratad to include the word Card after basic Energy, it would make sense.
