Looks like you can get $10-$15. The price is fluctuating so much because it's a newer promo (not sure if it has even been released in the states yet); the market will settle down here after the release of XY in the states.

The XY Three Pack Blisters will be our saving grace. With the recent reveal that the Single Pack Blister will contain a reprint of Dragon Vault Salamence, it means they are still looking to release BW related promos for just a tad longer.
Also, keep in mind, promos can also be chosen based on where they want those cards to rotate, not always chronological.
