If, through its Ability, Mew EX used Drilbur's Hone Claws, and then on the next turn used Minun's Electrishower, would damage done to all of the opponent's Pokemon be increased? I guess yes, based on the ruling of Swanna BLW and Mew Prime, but I felt I needed to make sure as the metarule suggests otherwise.
