This is something I came up with over the week and have been playtesting it and it seems like it can stand up against most Archeytypes.

Pokemon-17 pokemon
4-Mew EX
4-Electrode EX
2-Dark Electrode
4-Voltorb(recharge)
2-Mewtwo(DS)
3-Holon's Magneton

Trainers-29 Trainers
4-PETM
4-Mary's request
4-ER2
4-POW!
3-Admin
3-Dual Ball
3-Desert Ruins
3-Battle Frontier

Energy-14 energy
3-Dark energy
10-Electric energy

Strategy- (Mew EX start) Start with Mew EX attach an energy card and use voltorbs recharge. On T2 attach an energy card to mew(holon's if you have it) and play Electrode Ex down making it where you have the choice(if you have a holon's) of using one of your moves(recharge or crush and burn) or your opponent's move. Now this is what makes this deck so good... whenever you think it is neccesary you can Crush and Burn then next turn use Electrode EX's pokemon power which let's you get up to 5 energy cards out of your discard pile; then right after this you can POW! whatever you want to attack that sme turn! So this is no mess-around deck it is the real deal!

2nd strategy- If you start with a voltorb attach an energy and recharge. T2 play down Dark Electrode(unless they only have one pokemon and you can K.O. it with Electrode EX, otherwise keep to this strategy) use it's power to search you deck for a Dark Metal energy and attach an energy and use It's move to move up to 4 energy to your Bench Mew Ex as soon as T2 which will let you charge up for your Crush and Burn!

Match-ups! More Match-ups to come!:pokeball:

Medicham- All you have to do is try to keep a desert ruins active and Crush and burn them or just use their Sky kick which will kill them because of their weakness!90/10:pokeball:

plus how do you use medichams own sky kick against it but i do agree with mew you pretty much pwn the medicham match-up.

why are people always putting stuff like the next big thing,!?!!?! or the next archtype!!?!?!? etc. into the titles -_-

Those sound like some seriously "spaced out" primates lol....or did I mean Primeapes

i think this is a nice deck and actually could work.

People bashing it didn't even took time reading strategy or thinking about it.

i think you need to take off Scott and some stadiums and put some more draw.

darkness>dark metal here (don't copy metro where energies could be used by metagross)

gj and test it more!

So the point is just WAIT for your opponets pkmn to get out to use one of their attacks?Other than that I see no logical strategy.

We have tested our Metro II last weeks which is a very different list, but has some of the same strategies.
You don't need 4 trode EX, 2 is enough.
You need at least 3 Mewtwo.

for the energy I would make it a bit more and leave ER2 out for it.
4 rainbow
4 dark/metal
7 lightning

The holon engine also works good in such deck
-/- 3 dual ball
-/- 1 desert ruins
-/- 1 battle frontier

+ 2 holon transceiver
+ 2 holon mentor
+ 1 holon scientist.

Dark Metal is preferred above dark because with a dark metal +rainbow also your Mewtwo can attack (or mew ex can use mew2 attack)
That way you create 3/4 types of pokemon which can attack, mew2 loves to eat steelix EX.

My personal taste would put at least 2 pokemon retriever into such a deck.

icemelter this is also a me(wto)(elec)tro deck.

I know very well what Metro is, I designed the EUropean winning version.
