Mewtwo LVX vs Mewtwo LVX and Uxie/Moolight. Game never ends?

I want to ask you a question about a strange situation which can happen as i didn't find any answer on the Compendium.

Let's suppose we have Mewtwo LVX vs Mewtwo LVX with Uxie in both players deck and Moolight Stadium out. And we are tie on prizes.

What happens if both the players keep using Uxie to keep their deck alive and never draw prizes? Which solution do we have to solve it?
