TIME
Doors will open on Sunday and Player Check-in begins at 9:00 AM and will close at 10:30 AM for all Masters (15+). Juniors (10-) and Seniors (11-14) Registration will begin at 10:30am and will complete at 12:00pm. This will be strictly enforced. If you are late you will not be allowed to enter in the VGC Championship.

All players MUST, MUST, MUST register online PRIOR to the event date.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT

Double Battle is the standard format style for PLAY! Pokémon video game events. This is the format that will be used at Spring Regionals.
o Only Pokémon X and Pokémon Y Game Cards or downloadable versions are permitted for use.
o Players may only use Pokémon from the Central Kalos Pokédex from #001 to #150, Coastal Kalos Pokédex from #001 to #153, or Mountain Kalos Pokédex from #001 to #147.
o Pokémon must be placed in the Battle Box.
o Pokémon are allowed to Mega Evolve.
o Pokémon above Level 50 are permitted, but they are auto-leveled down to 50 for the duration of battle.
o Players may use Pokémon with Hidden Abilities.
o Players may use items that have been officially released via Pokémon X, Pokémon Y, the Pokémon Global Link, or an official event or promotion.

ENTRY FEE
Juniors – (Born in 2003 or later) – FREE
Seniors – (Born in 1999 to 2002) - FREE
Masters – (Born in 1998 and earlier) - FREE
All Players will be entered into random door prize raffles just for signing up!

Each Regional Championship will have the following prizes for each age division:
1st Place
• A Pokémon VG Regional Championships 1st Place award
• A Nintendo 3DS system
• A combination of 72 booster packs from current Pokémon TCG expansions
• 120 Championship Points

2nd Place
• A Pokémon VG Regional Championships 2nd Place award
• A combination of 72 booster packs from current Pokémon TCG expansions
• 110 Championship Points

3rd and 4th Place
• A Pokémon VG Regional Championships 3rd or 4th Place award
• A combination of 36 booster packs from current Pokémon TCG expansions
• 90 Championship Points

5th Place through 8th Place
• A combination of 18 booster packs from current Pokémon TCG expansions
• 70 Championship Points

9th Place through 16th Place
• A combination of 9 booster packs from current Pokémon TCG expansions
• 50 Championship Points

17th Place through 32nd Place
• 30 Championship Points (if division attendance is 64 or greater)

33rd Place through 64th Place
• 10 Championship Points (if division attendance is 128 or greater)

65th Place through 128th Place
• 5 Championship Points (if division attendance is 256 or greater)

CANCELLATION POLICY:
48-hr cancellation policy. Late cancels or “no shows” will be charged one night’s room and tax. No show reservations are released and are not automatically reinstated

Kiddie Corner
There will be several smaller events such as, coloring contest, guess how many, drawing contest, etc... available for all to win additional prizes. Camille Peltier-Robson will have all sorts of things planned for this event. I would be willing to bet she will also have a few of her custom hats!!!

TRADING
While trading is fine, please note that buying/selling cards with anyone except for our authorized dealer(s), or soliciting to do so elsewhere, is strictly forbidden at this event. Failure to obey this rule may result in both the buyer and the seller being removed from the event, and banned from attending future events.

Top Cut Comics also reserves the right to limit the amount of space being occupied by any one individual while trading, and does not allow the use of suitcases, handcarts, luggage carts, etc. to be used for the purpose of transporting excessive amounts of trade stock. We need to be considerate of all those around us.
