Whatever do you plan to attach 3 Energy Gains to? I'd go to 2 here

You can drop out all the Baltoys and Claydols because this deck is too fast for them. The Uxies will work fine. Try it and see. Also, you actually have too much energy here. the idea is Mightyena will attack with none. 6-8 should be fine.

I'd drop the Baltoys and Claydols,
+2 Toxitank or you will have a real hard time with Machamp
+1 Houndoom, so you don't autolose to Dialga
You could also drop out the Unown G and the Azelf, as they are bad starts for a deck that needs to be fast and there is nothing critical that you only have one of.
You could also go to 2 Skunktanks. You won't be fighting with them anyway.
I'd also find a way to go to 6 -7 Stadiums, like 2-2-2 Moonlight (to retreat a Skunk), BTS (for donk potential), Lake (to one shot Machamp), as if you can't get a stadium quickly, you will be in trouble.
