Mightyena's attack states that your opponent can't use any poke powers during their next turn. Mewtwo Lv X has a poke body. Does that still work?

Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies are two separate things and don't overlap.
Older cards that Pokemon Powers. That is the over-reaching group that Poke-Powers and Poke-Bodies replaced and can be considered to be made up of a combination of the two.
But Poke-Power is just a subset of Pokemon Power, just as Poke-Body is, but they are two different things, like yin and yang.
