Ability - Energy Grace - Once during your turn (before your attack) you may Knock Out this Pokémon. If you do, attach 3 basic Energy from your discard pile to 1 of your Pokémon (excluding Pokémon-EX).
When you KO Milotic using Energy Grace, and there are 3 Basic Energy attached to Milotic and no other energy in your discard pile, can you then attach those Basic Energy that were previous on Milotic to another non-EX on your bench?
In other words, what happens first, the energy attachments from the discard or Milotic and all attached cards being discarded?
- For the record, I think Milotic and all cards attached get discarded, and any discarded Energy can be used for the Energy Grace ability.
