Miscut Greninja EX

I discovered that the Greninja EX I got from the tin was miscut. It isn't a very big alteration, the card seems to just have been shifted down somewhat, but I was wondering if this has any effect on the value of the card.

If anything, it may harm the value. Small imperfections in cutting are increasingly common, and there's never been a huge market for them as it is. Large miscuts can have value, but the minor extension/shrinking of borders just means it can never be considered "Mint" condition.
