Not sure, but I think he is refering to one of Ditto's matches at TN states, where there was this guy who would have won the game had he used Espeon, but he chose not to (or didn't announce it or something).
 
No, it was Mike's match against Liz. When Espeon devolves a Shiftry (meaning it WAS used), does it take the damage from its Dark Eyes body?

Unfortunetly, since "the ruling was made", it was forgotten that:

We do have the compendium available, so we try to keep the mistakes to a minimum.

If this was an "oops", so be it, we try to keep those to a minimum.

Don't worry, Ditto and Professor Chris will be there to bump me and say..um...Vince, you had better think about that one again...

Almost, I turned 15 at the end of December. If I had been born 1 week later, I would have been in 11-14 again :/

Yeah but your still a pretty good player for your age. I would say though I would rather be in Masters than 11-14 but since I am in masters already then my opinion as to what you would want to be is invalid. Then again I bet you would want to be in 11-14 so you have a chance to win...LOL
