Since the Modified Legal Reprints list is kinda outdated, I've just been compiling a list.
However, I wanted to check whether the ones with text changes are too different or could be played with a reference:
1. Devolution Spray (Base Set) - not legal (since Hyper DS = new DS)?
2. Great Ball - pre-BLW not legal (huge change)?
3. Super Potion (Base Set)?
4. Max Revive (GC)?
5. Pokémon Center (pre-BLW) - not legal (huge change)?
6. Energy Retrieval (pre-BLW) - reference?
And just to be sure,
- pre-BLW Potion needs reference,
- Rare Candy is covered by Errata,
- old Computer Search (non-ACE) and Master Ball (huge change) are not legal - correct?
