I just made this deck a few days ago, and would like to try to make it better, or just let me know what you think ^_^ thanks :biggrin:

Not a bad deck. I can see how the Parasect line speeds up your Energy attachment. Here's my fix:

3x Paras
3x Parasect
3x Nidoran ♀
3x Nidorina
3x Nidoqueen
3x Nidoran ♂
2x Nidorino
3x Nidoking

4x Celio's Network
3x Rare Candy
3x Copycat
1x Briney
3x Crystal Shard
2x Magnetic Storm
3x Steven's Advice

4x Multi
4x DRE
9x Fighting

This is a rough draft of how I'd go about playing Monarchy with Parasect. I really re-vamped your trainer engine, because stuff like Life Herb and EXP.All weren't helping. You need two Crystal Shard for Weakness and Resistance purposes. The deck is really squeezed as it is, and since you don't run Pidgeot, you might even consider the third Shard. All I did to the Energy was add in DRE, and with 4 multi you don't need grass. All of your basics will get you other basics, and even if you don't start with Paras you aren't done in.

My list also leaves open 1 extra slot. You can add in something you need or a TeCH card based on whatever you find the deck needs or your metagame.

thanks for the suggestion ^_^ i will try them, and see how it works, the only card i wont be able to do thoulgh is the rare candy since i dont have enough for a deck... :biggrin:
 
Looks like another good monarchy, I agree with most of the improvements PenguinMaster suggested cept that you'll want 2 more stadiums( either Ancient Tomb or more Magnetic Storm would be best ) so that you'll have 4 in your deck.

I know it sounds like a lot but I faced a monarchy with dark crobat / Dark T-Tar ( Sand damage ) and I won completely becuase of my 4 stadiums to his 3 stadiums advantage. It kept destroying his anti-resistance while boosting my HP or attack abillitys ( I used both Rocket's Hideout and Rocket's Tricky Gym )!

Anyways the idea and abillity to counter your opponents resistance is a big thing for Monarchy or from what I saw and faught anyways.

Also you might wanna think about running some of the scramble energys from Deoxys, they make for great back ups, probebly remove some or all of the multi for them!

If you up the shards to three, you won't need three Stadiums IMO. I'd only do that if your metagame has LOTS of fighting resistance, and 4 stadiums seems like mega overkill.
 
Ehh true, depends what the metagame in the area is but I think 3-4 stadiums no matter what metagame is good even if others think otherwise.
