If i was paralised from say a Magnazone LVLx, if i used Xatu to move the status condition would my opponent keep the condition till the end of HIS turn?
Yes, it's as if you applied it by any other method such as an attack. That would also have been placed on your turn. So it lasts until the end of their turn.
