Sorry for yelling earlier(chrisbo), I didn't know i had all CAPS on. i have a Q. about Mr. mimes pokemon power. I know it prevents all damage done over thirty to him, but what if his attack is over thirty, does that make a diffrence?

Sure, that can be over 30. his Power only affects himself (unless he's up against Fossil Ditto )
