The raffle proceeds are going towards Heather's tuition into the National Youth Leadership Medical Conference this late summer (we'll have all the details).

So show your spirit- bring your lunch money and bring your Raffle money - just think of the great Pokemon blanket you could get for $1.00 - Raffle will also include dice/deck bags made out of the Pikachu material.

tickets will be $1.00 each or 6 for $5.00

Wow if gas gets up to $3.00 a gallon the wife says we can't go. After a record $72 plus for a barrel of oil today I am sure it will top the $3 a gallon mark by friday. I was thinking we could just take money out of the hotel budget and sleep at the homeless shelter (motel 6) or (super 8) but just can't deal with those P daddy's banging on the doors looking for their girls. Ok that happened only once but can't deal with having to expose the kids to that again. We'll see if we can make it but it does not look good. I would hope it would not come to this cause the kids our ready to go and play.

This sounds like it's gonna be a great event. Unfortunately, I won't be able to make it since finals are in less than 2 weeks and I have a couple of papers to do before the big week arrives. Anyway, hope everyone has fun, and don't worry....TM WI will be representing, as we will have some of the notable players out there and of course, they won't make things easy.

Free airline tickets last night from Dallas to St;Louis to the 20,000 plus fans. I some times get tickets to go to the Mavs games here and last night I had heard a rumor that they were going to give away airline tickets at the game. Sounds to good to be true. My wife did not believe me saying I was just wishing to go to St.Louis. Anyting that sounds to good to be true must not be right. So we did not go to the last regular season home game and then they did it. American airlines gave everyone at the game free tickets to St.Louis. I am kicking myself today.
