Set Information

As time past by, new power source has emerge from the ancient technology. The pokemon that harness this power are able to give special abilities to another pokemon. Now the fight continues as many of this special genetic pokemon evolve under the Gym Leaders and Elite 4 cares.. Will the Pokemon survive being under a trainer's control.

I want a person that can give me an idea how to make this spoiler to be a fake card

In my fake set there are 2 new things made up by me first is the Pokémon X (see below), and the second is Poké-TECH

Pokemon X are special
-When making a Pokemon X
--The Pokemon have will look like their normal stage (See Hitmonchan X and Dragonite X)
--They can only have a maximum of 3 attacks/power/body in any combination
--They one of attack/power/body must have a benefit being a basic and the other have a benefit being evolved..... (the attack/power/body also may contain both benefits)
--See the finished spoilers for example
--X Pokemon have a special rule
You may play (this Pokemon) from your hand as a Basic Pokémon. If you do, (this Pokemon)'s maximum HP is reduced by 20/30/40

NEW Pokémon X's rule has been change

-HGSS format
-For Baby Pokémon, please refer Tyrogue
-Baby Pokémon can't have Power/Body
-Poké-TECH are optional

Poké-TECH is neither a Poké-BODY nor a Poké-POWER. Poké-TECH allows that Pokémon to be a tool (Refer Unown G,Q from DP sets)

When reserving you must reserve the whole line

Below are some detailed comments (just ignore the nitpicky stuff if you wish ). You may use my re-wordings if you like. Changes are in bold and comments and questions are underlined.

Arceus:

Poké-TECH : Jewel of Life
You may discard all cards attached to Arceus and attach Arceus as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Arceus is attached to a Pokémon, if that Pokémon would be Knocked Out (is it by damage only or can be through damage or placing damage counters?), prevent all damage done to that Pokemon by your opponent's Active Pokemon and discard Arceus instead (This counts as that Pokemon being Knocked Out and your opponent takes a Prize card).

[C] Guidance Call
Search your discard pile for 2 Arceus and put them in your hand.
(Is it mandatory to search for 2 Arceus? Does the attack work even if you only have 1 Arceus in your discard pile?)

If so, maybe you can re-word it like this:
[C] Guidance Call
Search your discard pile for up to 2 Arceus, show them to your opponent, and put them in your hand.

Banette X:

Poké-POWER : Ghost Whispers
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may put up to 2 damage counters on any of your Pokémon
(excluding Pokémon that have a Special Energy card attached to it) --> I don't know why this condition is necessary...
(can you distribute the damage counters, like 1 damage counter on 1 Pokemon and 1 on another?)
If you do, discard a card from the top of your deck. You can't use more then 1 Ghost Whispers during your turn. This power can't be use if Banette X is effected by a Special Condition.

Re-wording:

Poké-POWER : Ghost Whispers
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may put up to 2 damage counters on 1 of your Pokémon that has no Special Energy cards attached to it. If you do, discard a card from the top of your deck. You can't use more then 1 Ghost Whispers during your turn. This power can't be used if Banette X is effected by a Special Condition.

[P][P][C] Melochonic Disturbance 60
Search your discard pile for any 1 card, show it to your opponent, and put it in your hand.
(I increased the cost a little to balance out the great effect)

Hitmonchan X:

Poké-BODY : Set Up Power
Whenever your draw a card at the beginning of your turn, you may draw a card from the bottom of your deck until you have 6 cards in your hand. If Hitmonchan X is a Basic Pokémon, you may discard a card from your hand at the end of your opponent's turn.
(drawing up to 6 per turn is broken, especially for a Basic... =/)

[F][F][C] Power Hunger 30+
This attack does 30 damage plus 10 more damage for each energy card in your discard pile. Before doing damage, you may search your deck for a Basic [F] energy card and discard it. Shuffle your deck afterward.
(Increased the cost a bit... I can see this as a nice late-game attacker in Rhyperior LV. X decks.)

Mew:

Poké-TECH : Colorful Patter
You may discard all cards attached to Mew and attach Mew as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Mew is attached to a Pokémon, each basic Energy card (just so it is not so confusing...) attached to that Pokémon provides every type of Energy but only 1 Energy at a time.

[C] Energy Acceleration
Search your deck for up to 3 Basic Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[P][C] Multi Environment 50
Attach as many energy cards from your hand to Mew. If Mew would be discarded, move up to 2 energy attached to Mew to 1 of your Pokémon and put the other energies into your hand.
(I'm somewhat confused about this... What does "Mew being discarded" mean? When it is Knocked Out?)

Re-wording:

[P][C] Multi Environment 30
Choose as many Energy cards in your hand as you like and attach them to Mew. During your opponent's next turn, if Mew would be Knocked Out by damage from an attack, move up to 2 Energy cards attached to Mew to 1 of your Pokémon and return the other Energy cards to your hand instead of discarding them.

Dragonair:

Poké-POWER : Whispering Sky
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may discard 1 of your Benched Pokémon and all cards attached to it (This doesn't count as Knocked Out Pokemon). If you do, draw 2 cards from the bottom and the top of your deck (so you're drawing 4 cards all in all?). This power can't be used if Dragonair is affected by a Special Condition. You can't use more than 1 Whispering Sky Poké-POWER each turn.

Hitmonlee:

Poké-POWER : Speedy Leg
Once during your turn, (before you attack), if Hitmonlee is an Evolved Pokémon, you may use this power. During this turn, damage done by attacks from any of your Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, and Hitmontop to your opponent's Active Pokemon is increased by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). You can't more than 1 Speedy Leg Poké-POWER each turn.
(would it be better for this to become a Poke-BODY instead of a Poke-POWER?)

[F] Crossing Kick
[del]This attack[/del] Does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon (Don't apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokémon).

[F][C][C] Stretch Up 40
During your next turn, each of Hitmonlee's attacks does 30 more damage to the Defending Pokemon (after applying Weakness and Resistance)
(Since any effect on an Active Pokemon is removed after it is Benched, I don't think it is necessary to include the phrase ("Benching Hitmonlee ends this effect").

Hitmontop:

Poké-POWER : Triple Protection
Once during your turn, (before you attack), if Hitmontop is an Evolved Pokémon you may use this power. Damage done by attacks to any of your Hitmonlee, Hitmonchan, and Hitmontop by your opponent's Active Pokemon during your opponent's next turn is reduced by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). You can't more than 1 Triple Protection Poké-POWER each turn.
(once again, would it be better for this to become a Poke-BODY instead of a Poke-POWER?)

[F] Spinning Top
Choose 4 of your opponent's Pokemon. This attack does 10 damage to each of them (Don't apply Weakness or Resistance for Benched Pokémon).

Lombre:

Poké-POWER : Exiting Dance
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may discard 2 cards from your hand. If you do, remove all damage counters and Special Condition from your Active Pokémon. If both card discarded are a Basic Energy or Pokémon in any combination, put 2 damage counters on Lombre. You can't use this power if Lombre is effected by a Special Condition. You can't use more than 1 Exiting Dance Poké-POWER each turn.
(kinda broken... removing all damage counters and Special Conditions at the expense of only 2 cards? It's even better than Blissey's Nurse Call...)

Metang:

Poké-POWER : Power Gathering
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may discard a card from your hand. If you do, search your discard pile for an Energy card and attach it to 1 of your Pokémon. This power can't be used if Metang is affected by a Special Condition. You can't use more than 1 Power Gathering Poké-POWER each turn. (can you also attach a Special Energy card? Just curious, since outside of Electivire FB LV. X, this is the only card that can attach a Special Energy card from the discard pile with the use of a power)

Togetic:

Poké-POWER : Friendship Summoning
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may shuffle all the cards from your hand into your deck. If you do, search your discard pile for up to 2 cards and put them in your hand. This power can't be used if Togetic is affected by a Special Condition. You can't use more than 1 Friendship Summoning Poké-POWER each turn. (what happens if you have no cards in your hand? can you still use the power? I guess it's somewhat overpowered for an Evolving Stage 1... maybe only allow 1 card from the discard pile instead of 2...)

[.] Miracle Shine
Remove damage counters from Togetic until there is only 2 damage counters on it. (If Togetic has 2 or less damage counters on it, this attack does nothing).

Beldum:

Poké-TECH : Magnetic Memory
You may discard all cards attached to Beldum and attach Beldum as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Beldum is attached to a Pokémon, that Pokémon may use any Poke-POWER or Poke-BODY from its Basic Pokemon or Stage 1 Evolution card.

[.] Friendly Call
Search your deck for a Pokémon card. You may either put that Pokémon on your Bench (theoretically, I can put a Level X or a Stage 2 non-Pokemon X directly on the Bench?) and use it's power or put that Pokémon in your hand. Then, shuffle your deck afterward. If you put that Pokémon in your hand, draw 2 cards from the bottom of your deck.

Re-wording:

[C] Friendly Call
Search your deck for a Pokémon card, show it to your opponent, and put it in your hand. If that card is a Pokemon X, you may put it onto your Bench and use its Poke-POWER. Shuffle your deck afterward. If the card was not put onto the Bench, draw 2 cards from the bottom of your deck.
(I think it should at least cost an Energy)

Dratini:

Poké-TECH : Dragon Vein
You may discard all cards attached to Dratini and attach Dratini as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Dratini is attached to a Pokémon, that Pokémon has no Weakness and its Retreat Cost is [C] less.

[.] Tiny Scale
Switch Dratini with 1 of your Benched Pokémon. The new Active Pokémon may attack after your opponent's draw his or her card at the beginning of his or her turn. (does this mean that you can attack even during your opponent's turn? That doesn't seem fair to me... =/)

[C][C] Dragon Breathe 50
Flip a coin. If tails, this attack does nothing. If heads the Defending Pokémon is now Paralyzed. (just rearranged the sentences...)

Lotad:

Poké-TECH : Leafy Whip
You may discard all cards attached to Lotad and attach Lotad as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Lotad is attached to a Pokémon, remove 1 damage counter from the Pokémon Lotad is attached to between turns. (there should be some limitation involved since this beats Leftovers)

[.] Neighborhood Friend
Search your deck for a [del]with[/del] Lotad, Lombre or Ludicolo [del]in it's name as you like[/del], show it to your opponent, and put it in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

Shuppet:

[.] Poke Up 20
Discard a card from your hand. (If you can't discard a card from your hand, this attack does nothing.)

Togepi:

[C] Warmth Power 50
Discard all cards from your hand.

Karen's Word:

Look at the top 5 cards of your deck. Put them back on top of your deck in any order. Your opponent's may discard the top card of your deck. If your opponent does, draw a card from the bottom of your deck.

Koga's Tricks

Put up to 2 cards from your hand face down beside your Active Pokémon. Shuffle the rest of your hand into your deck. Your opponent guesses if that one of the card is a Pokémon card, an Energy Card or neither. Then flip up the card. If your opponent is right, draw 2 cards. If your opponent is wrong, draw up to 7 cards. Either way, shuffle those 2 cards into your deck.
(wow draw a minimum of 4 cards to a maximum of 14 cards... somewhat overpowered... maybe you can just draw 4 cards for each card you guessed right? just an idea)

Will's Act:

You may have your opponent look at the top card of his or her deck. Then you guess if that card is a Pokémon Card, Energy Card or neither, Then, discard that card. If you are right, draw 2 cards. If you are wrong discard a card from your hand. Either way, your opponent may draw a card.
(you can refer to Mr. Mime MT's Trick Play text for these kinds of effects...)

Dragonite X:

Poké-BODY : Dragon Willpower
As long as you have no Benched Pokemon (implies that Dragonite is your only Pokemon in play), Dragonite X pay [C] less to use its attack. If Dragonite is an Evolved Pokémon, Dragonite X pays [C][C] less to use its attacks instead. If you have only 1 Benched Pokémon, Dragonite X's Retreat Cost is [C][C] less.

[C] Out Run Search
If Dragonite X is an Evolved Pokemon, draw 2 cards from the bottom of your deck. If Dragonite X is a Basic Pokémon, you may search your deck for any 1 card and put it in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[W][L][C][C] Hyper Twister 40
Discard 2 Energy attached to Dragonite X. This attack does 20 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon).

Metagross X:

Poké-BODY : Cross Armor
As long as you only have 1 Beldum, Metang, or Metagross X in play (so this means that you can't have more than 1 part of the evolution line in play at any time for this to work?), any damage done to Metagross X by attacks is reduced by 40 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). If Metagross X is a Basic Pokémon, prevent all effects of attacks (by whom? yours? your opponent's? or both?) (excluding damage) done to Metagross X.

[C] Metal Search
Search your deck for a [M] Pokémon and a [M] Energy card, show them to your opponent, (yeah, I know it is understood, but it should be stated, the same for the weakness and resistance phrase) and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[P][M][C] Metal Bending 100
Discard 2 Energy attached to any of your Pokémon in any way you like. You may do 20 damage to each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokemon). If you do, this attack does no damage to the Defending Pokemon.

Ludicolo X:

Poké-BODY : Sensational Healing
As long as you only have have 2 or more Benched Pokémon, remove 2 damage counters from Ludicolo X between turns. If Ludicolo X is an Evolved Pokémon, remove 1 damage counter from each of your Pokémon between turns instead.

[.] Happy Smile
Search your deck for any 2 cards. Then, shuffle your deck. Put one of the card on top of your deck and the other one at the bottom of your deck.
(I think it should cost less...)

[G][W][C] Full Parade 70
Discard 2 energy attached to Ludicolo X. Put 1 damage counter on each of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. If Ludicolo X is a Basic Pokémon, ignore the effect of this attack. (what effect, the discarding or the spread?)

Togekiss X:

Poké-BODY : Gratitude Light
As long as Togekiss X is on your Bench, your Active Pokémon may use any of Togekiss X's attack as it's own as long as Togekiss X has the necessary Energy to use that attack. If Togekiss X is an Evolved Pokémon, Togekiss X can use an attack from any Pokémon in play (to be able to use any attack is broken, I think... maybe you can add a limitation, like only from [C] Pokemon, or only from Basic Pokemon, and such. You should also specify if you can choose attacks from your own Pokemon, your opponent's Pokemon, or both) as it's own as long as either Togekiss X or that Pokémon has the necessary [del]amount of[/del] Energy to use that attack.

[.] Family Bonding
Search your deck for Togepi, Togetic, or Togekiss, show it to your opponent, and put it in your hand (in the initial text, you said "search your deck for a card" so I'm assuming you can only choose one from either Togepi, Togetic, or Togekiss). If Togekiss X is a Basic Pokémon, you may search your deck for up to 2 Basic Energy cards, show them to your opponent, and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[D][M][C][C] Returning Fear 100
If you have any Benched Pokemon, you may
return Togekiss X and all cards attached to it to your hand. If any of your Pokemon used Returning Fear during your last turn, this attack does nothing. (I'm curious about the energy cost... what does Togekiss have to do with Dark and Metal?)

I like the Poke-Tech and Pokemon X ideas. All in all, nice cards.

Some comments:

Bronzong X:

Poké-POWER : Pain Ring
As often as you like during your turn (before you attack), you may discard a card from your hand. If you do, move up to 3 damage counters from 1 of your Pokémon to any of your Pokémon in any way you like. If Bronzong X is an Evolved Pokémon, draw a card from the bottom of your deck. You can't use this power if Bronzong X is effected by a Special Condition. (maybe you can limit the discarding to 2-3 cards? this can be overpowered with Nidoqueen RR...)

[P] Sound Patch I
Remove 1 damage counter from each of your Pokémon.

[P] Sound Patch II
Put 1 damage counters on each of your opponent's Pokémon.

(Shouldn't there be only 3 in combination of attacks/powers/body?)

Maybe you can do this:

[P][C] Sound Patch
Flip a coin. If heads, put 1 damage counters on each of your opponent's Pokémon. If tails, remove 1 damage counter from each of your Pokémon.

Butterfree X:

Poké-BODY : Pollen Hazard.
Ignore all effects of attacks, Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies and Poké-Techs by the Defending Pokémon to Butterfree X (this somehow creates some conflict... Which will prevail, Dialga G LV. X or Butterfree X?). If Butterfree X is a Basic Pokémon, Butterfree X pays [G] less to use all of its attack

[G][G][C] Scent Gust 50
If Butterfree X is an Evolved Pokémon, this attack's base damage is 80 instead of 50.

Crobat X:

Poké-POWER : Spoiled Happiness (I don't think Spoilt is a word)
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may put Crobat X into your hand. If you do, any damage done to the Defending Pokémon by your Active Pokémon until the end of your opponent's turn is increase by 20.
(what happens to the other cards attached to Crobat X?)

Re-wording:

Poké-POWER : Spoiled Happiness
Once during your turn (before you attack), if Crobat X is an Evolved Pokemon (it might be broken if Crobat X is a Basic Pokemon since you will be able to use the power repeatedly with less difficulty), you may discard all cards attached to Crobat X and return Crobat X to your hand. If you do, during this turn, any damage done to the Defending Pokémon by your Active Pokémon's attacks is increased by 20 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

[P][C][C] Revenge Toxic 60
If Crobat was damaged by an attack from your opponent's Poisoned Pokémon during your opponent's last turn, this attack's base damage is 100 instead of 60.

Dewgong X:

Poké-BODY : Cold Degree
Each Pokemon that has Weakness to [M] (both yours and your opponent's) pays [W] less to use it's attacks and each Pokémon that has Resistance to [F] (both yours and your opponent's) pays [C] more to retreat.

[.] Swim Along
Search your deck for a Pokémon card, show it to your opponent's and put it in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. If Dewgong X is a Basic Pokémon, draw a card (so if Dewgong X is a Basic Pokemon, you get to search for a Pokemon AND draw a card?).
(I decreased the cost since Furret SW can look for any two cards for free)

[W][C] Aura Headbutt
This attack does 20 damage to 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokémon. If that Pokémon has a Resistance, this attack does 50 damage instead of 20. Apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.(this will hurt stuff like Rhyperior LV. X a lot... it does 100 damage to it...)

[W][W][C][C] Supreme Glacier-wave
Put 2 damage counters on each of your opponent's Pokémon (excluding any [R] Pokémon). If Dewgong X is an Evolved Pokémon, this attack does 50 damage to the Defending Pokémon and discard an energy attached to Dewgong X. (So an Evolved Dewgong x will do a total of 70 damage to the Active, 20 spread to the Bench, and discard an Energy? it's somewhat broken)
(I think that it should be cleared up in the wording on all of the cards whether a particular effect is only applicable when a Pokemon is Basic, Evolved or both)
(Dewgong X has too many attacks... or is that included in the mechanic? [that a Pokemon X can have 3 attacks?])

Hippowdon
X:

Poké-POWER : Quick-Sand Trap
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may discard a card from your hand. If you do, discard an energy card attached to 1 of your opponent's Pokémon. You can't use more then 1 Quick-Sand Trap Poké-POWER during your turn. This power can't be use is Hippowdon X is effected by a Special Condition. (somewhat overpowered... maybe you can make it so that you discard 2 cards and just discard a Basic Energy from a Pokemon...)

[F][C] Return Ground 20
Have your opponent search your discard pile for any 1 card and put it in your hand. If Hippowdon X is a Basic Pokémon, draw a card from the bottom of your deck.
(I increased the cost...)

[F][C][C] Earth Cycle 10x
This attack does 10 damage times the number of [F] Pokémon cards in your discard pile. Then, have your opponent search your discard pile for up to 6 [F] Pokémon cards (why would the opponent give you the opportunity to shuffle back 6 cards? if it were me, I'll only give you 1 card) and shuffle them into your deck. If Hippowdon X is an Evolved Pokémon, you may search your deck for up to 2 [F] Pokémon cards and discard them (so the searching is after damage is done?). Shuffle your deck afterward.

Houndoom X:

Poké-POWER : Darkness Roar (I think it is better that it is a Poke-Power)
Once at the end of your turn (after attacking), if Houndoom X is your Active Pokemon, your opponent switches the Defending Pokémon with 1 of his or her Benched Pokémon. If Houndoom X is an Evolved Pokémon, switch with the Defending Pokémon with 1 of your opponent's Benched Pokemon.

Mightyena X:

[.] Big Step
Search your deck for up to 2 in combination of Basic [R] energy and Basic [D] energy cards. Show them to your opponent and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward. If Mightyena X is a Basic Pokémon, you may shuffle 1 cards from your hand into your deck and draw a card.

Glalie:

Poké-BODY : Solid Crust
Each player's Basic Pokémon can't use any Poké-Powers, Poké-Bodies or Poké-Techs.

Poké-POWER : Splitting Ice
Once during your turn (before you attack), you may choose 1 of your Benched Pokemon that has Weakness to [M]. If you do, move up to 2 basic Energy cards (to make it less overpowered... see Arcanine SW) attached to your Active Pokemon to that Pokémon. Then, switch that Pokemon with your Active Pokemon. This power can't be used this power if Glalie is affected by a Special Condition.

[W][W][C] Ice Escape 50
Move all Energy attached to Glalie to any of your Benched Pokémon in any way you like. Then, switch Glalie with 1 of your Benched Pokémon.

Gloom:

Poké-ITEM : Inner Stone
Gloom can evolve during the turn you play it. (see Burmy AR)

[G][C] Grass Protection 20
Prevent all effects of attacks done to Gloom
until the end of your next turn.

Golbat:

Poké-BODY : Screech Up
Each Confused Pokémon (both yours and your opponent's) pay [C] more to use its attacks. If a player tries to bring his or her Confused Pokémon to the Bench in any way, discard the top card of that player's deck. You can't use more than 1 Screech Up Poké-BODY each turn.

[P] Wing Sonic 20
The Defending Pokémon is now Confused.

[P][C] Spinning Venom 30
The Defending Pokémon is now Poisoned. If the Defending Pokémon is affected by a Special Condition other than Poison, this attack does 20 damage to 1 of your Benched opponent's Pokémon (Don't apply Weakness and Resistance for Benched Pokémon.)

Metapod:

[C] Harden
During your opponent's next turn, any damage done to Metapod by attacks is reduced by 30 (after applying Weakness and Resistance).

[G][C] Evolutionary Emerge 30
You may search your deck or your discard pile for a Pokémon that evolves from Metapod and put it onto Metapod (This count as evolving Metapod). If you searched your deck, shuffle your deck afterward.
(50 damage for [G][C] with a great effect is overpowered on a Stage 1)

Vileplume:

Poké-BODY : Spore Shield
Any damage done to any of your Oddish, Gloom, Vileplume and Bellossom by the Defending Pokémon is reduced by 30 (after applying Weakness and Resistance). You can't use more then 1 Spore Shield Poké-BODY each turn.

[C][C] Lunar Call 20
Search your deck for any 1 card and put it in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[G][P][C] Pollen Control
You may move up 2 to damage counters from 1 of your opponent's Pokémon to another Pokémon in play (yours or your opponent's).

Caterpie:

Poké-TECH : Bug Shell
You may discard all cards attached to Caterpie and attach Caterpie as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Caterpie is attached to a Pokémon, prevent all damage done to that Pokémon by any of your opponent's Pokémon that has any Special Energy cards attached to it.

[G] Cacooning
Put a Pokémon that evolve from Caterpie on top of Caterpie (This count as evolving Caterpie). (from where?)

Re-wording:

[G] Cacooning
Choose a card from your hand that evolves from Caterpie and put it onto Caterpie (This count as evolving Caterpie).

Hippopotas:

[C] Gather Up
Attach up to 2 [F] energy cards from your hand to any of your Pokémon.
(it should at least cost something, especially when taking into account the Poke-Tech...)

Oddish
:

Poké-TECH : Spore Leaf
You may discard all cards attached to Oddish and attach Oddish as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Oddish is attached to your Active Pokémon, and as long as the Defending Pokémon is affected by any Special Conditions, discard the top card of your opponent's deck between turns. (somewhat overpowered...)

[C] Type Instinct
Search your deck for up to 2 in combination of Basic [G] and [P] Pokémon, show them to your opponent and put them in your hand. Shuffle your deck afterward.

[G][C] Startling 10
If the Defending Pokémon is not a Basic Pokemon, this attack's base damage is 50 instead of 10. (what would be Oddish's stage be other than Basic? =/)

Poochyena
:

Poké-TECH : Quick Howl
You may discard all cards attached to Poochyena and attach Poochyena as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Poochyena is attached to your Benched Pokémon, you may switch that Pokémon with your Active Pokémon at any time between turns.

Seel:

Poké-TECH : Tissue Fat
You may discard all cards attached to Seel and attach Seel as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Seel is attached to a Pokémon with Weakness to [M], any damage done to that Pokémon by attacks is reduced by 30 (after applyng Weakness and Resistance).

Zubat:

Poké-TECH : Fang Shield
You may discard all cards attached to Zubat and attach Zubat as a Pokémon Tool card. As long as Zubat is attached to a Pokémon, prevent all damage and effect of attack done to that Pokémon by a Pokémon that is affected by a Special Condition. (somewhat overpowered with Skuntank G and such... I would make it so that you will only prevent either damage or effect).

(maybe you can limit the discarding to 2-3 cards? this can be overpowered with Nidoqueen RR...)
Maybe you are right. I changed it to once and discarding 2 remove up to 5.
(Shouldn't there be only 3 in combination of attacks/powers/body?)
I think i will combine the first and second attack (But you get to choose the effect

(this somehow creates some conflict... Which will prevail, Dialga G LV. X or Butterfree X?).
Not really with the newest change i made

(so if Dewgong X is a Basic Pokemon, you get to search for a Pokemon AND draw a card?).
(I decreased the cost since Furret SW can look for any two cards for free)

-I still put 1 [W] dues to dewgong X's body

(this will hurt stuff like Rhyperior LV. X a lot... it does 100 damage to it...)
I lowered the damage.
(Dewgong X has too many attacks... or is that included in the mechanic? [that a Pokemon X can have 3 attacks?])

i forgot to follow the mechanic silly me (3rd attack is removed)

(somewhat overpowered... maybe you can make it so that you discard 2 cards and just discard a Basic Energy from a Pokemon...)
-I don't see it overpowered since it only limits 1 a turn

(why would the opponent give you the opportunity to shuffle back 6 cards? if it were me, I'll only give you 1 card)
To counter the attack. (It will broken if only 1 since you can use many ways to discard your [F] pokemon.

(so the searching is after damage is done?).
Yup.

(somewhat overpowered...)
Your opponent's can easily remove the special condition by retreating. (some pokemon can't be effect by special condition)

(what would be Oddish's stage be other than Basic? =/)
*I want it able to be combo with Vileplume.Gloom (memory berry)
