muk ex and slaking

what happens if muk ex and slaking both meet in the active position?
Does slaking shut down muk ex's body or does muk ex shut down slaking's body?

Slaking's "Lazy" only works on Poke-POWERs, but Muk-EX's "Toxic Gas" is a Poke-BODY and therefore is not prevented by Slaking. Score one for the Mukster.
