Musharna's Forewarn with one card left in deck

Something that came up at an event recently:

1. Can you use Forewarn with one card left in deck?
2. If so, do you need to draw it or can you just look at it and put it back?

1. Yes.
2. You would keep it.
You do as much as you can of each step.
So you draw the one card left and then choose one card to keep.
