the sratagy is to get donphan and machamp out as fast as you can and deal for heavy damege and take out sp pokemon.

Why 4 Bench Shield? Wouldn't you want the Donphan to damage the bench so when you bring up Machamp and use Champ Buster to do 100 + 10 for every benched Pokemon with damage on it? Also DCE would speed up the Machamp.
