I take it you mean Rotom. Anyways this seems untested you have a lot of good techs but they may come out to be useless Mewtwo and Palkia seem unneeded as well as Rotom, you may want to add one more Gardy and also add Luxury Ball and Marley's maybe even Poke Drawer two Moonlight's should definitely be more than enough seeing as you have Teleportation. G&G will be a deck to contend with just keep testing it and try different combinations with the new cards they are endless possibilities.
