the stratagie is to get set up by drawing then eighther hiting w/ kingdra
or magnuisim magnuisim is also used tob search out use full pokemon also i
use exegute if i have a full bench

Looks interesting. There are some changes that are needed for this deck though. For one, you could really use some Mentor in here, simply because they'll help you build up your bench much faster. I'd suggest taking out 2 of the strength charm, and the Holon Adventurer (for better draw cards) as well. This way, you've got plenty of room to do different things. I'd also bump of the Kingdra line, and put less focus on the Eggs line (since you probably want to hit more so with Kingdra).
So, here's my suggestions:
-4 Holon Adventurer
-2 Strength Charm
-1/1 Eggs line
+3 Holon Mentor
+2 Steven's Advice
+1 Copy Cat
+1 Horsea
+1 Kingdra ex.

One of the great things of Kingdra Ex d is the Body it has.... with no Windstorm in either list, you can't abuse it if a Cessation Crystal comes into play! The F/M Kingdra d helps against Magnezone and more Metal deck coming in DP2 not to mention the lurking Toterra.. don't be fooled.. it will see play with Exeggutor coming in Dp2! GL with it and have fun!!
 
1. I think you need a method for getting basics.
2. I think 4 castaway is overkill for only 4 tools (all of which are the same tool, too)
3. I think you could afford to change the energy up a little bit. Since I didn't see a delta attached to that exeggutor, I assume it's the non-delta exeggutor which works well with grass energy. If he isn't, then you should indicate that.
4. Have you thought about using DRE? Holon's magnemite or ton that can be gotten with meganium?
5. Holon FF will be pretty crucial for fighting resistance.
6. What is your plan against cessation crystal, which shuts off meganium AND kingdra's powers/bodies?
