Pokémon TCG: Sword and Shield—Brilliant Stars

my own little creat a card contest based on teh one nintendo is doing.

Clefable EX

I love/loved playing Clefable, being able to copy your opponents active attack is awesome. I hope desperately that they release a Clefable EX pokemon that stands up to the archetypes like Clefable did in his hay day, before Sprout Tower, Unown N and Slowking.

HP 100
Colorless Pokemon

C Metronome EX
You may choose any pokemon on your opponents bench, if you do switch that pokemon with their active pokemon. You may copy that pokemons attack(Clefable does not have to do any thing in order for that attack such as discarding energy)

CC Paralyzing Gaze 30
The defending pokemon is now paralyzed

Weak to Fighting
Two Retreat cost

My closing date on this post is april 1st. At that point i will garde all of these and choose the best 3 for the prizes. My decision will come 1 week after the close of the post.
So as to not cludder the boards with a new post ill email the 3 winners after the decision is made.

I am truly sorry i have been meaning to get this post checked on but ive been buzy and have been on the boards only 10 minutes a day so i have no time. I will keep a closer eye on this post ;)

my garding system is simple:

How origional are the attacks?
How the attacks work with the pokemon?
Is the HP,retreat cost and weakness able to work with the pokemon chosen?
The way the picture looks and how it works with the pokemon card?

This is my first time doing a contest like this one. Thats why my system is not really a top notch system but its the way i can do it farely

I know spelling is hard sometimes in pokemon so no spelling points will be deducted

Each catagory get a 1-5 point rating and at the end the top 3 will get a clean slate and regraded to determine the winner.
Ill make sure to have this closed only after the top 3 are annouced.

Mudkip
50HP
Water

Poke-Body: Limited Evolution: Mudkip must have 2 basic energy cards attached to it when it evolves into Marshtomp or Swampert.
(W): Rain Call: You may attach a water energy from your hand to one of your water pokemon in play. If that pokemon is Mudkip, you may search your deck for a card that evolves from Mudkip, and put it into your hand.
(W)(C): Water Pulse(20): Flip a coin if heads the defending pokemon is now confused.
Weakness-Grass)
Resistance-
Retreat-1

Picture: Mudkip rolling through the sand on the bank of a deep blue river. Behind him stands the river and a large forest. A large patch of sand is stuck to mudkips nose. Across the river several Mudkip, and Marshtomps wrestle in the sand. Within the forest the face of a Suicune is seen in the trees.

tA

Treecko 30 HP
(Picture: Treecko is using a VERY fast Double Team attack to grab and switch mareep/dunsparce, and himself/Ralts...all at the same time!)

Poke-Power: Seedy Deception

Once during your turn, if Treecko is your active Pokemon, then you may choose one of your opponent's Pokemon, and switch it with the Defending Pokemon. Your opponent does the same. Then, place two damage counters on Treecko. You may not use this Power if Treecko is affected by a special condition.

Manipulate :grass:: Until the end of your next turn, if the Defending Pokemon is sent to the bench, your opponent shuffles it and all cards attached to it into his or her deck.

Weakness: :fire: Resistence: W Retreat Cost: :colorless

I think this card is balanced, IMO. It's good enough that many people would play it, yet not everybody would, because it gets killed by fire so easily. Since the power is basically double gust, I couldn't give Treecko too much HP. Also, for best results, Manipulate, and then Seedy Deception!
