Specific attack type boosting items(such as never melt ice) suck, really, really suck. NEVER use them under ANY circumstance.

WoW = Will o' Wisp.

ShadowOfTyranitar has some good ideas there, though I would make Flygon a "Solargon" (Sunny Day/Flamethrower/Solarbeam/Dragon Claw), and put the EV's he suggested for Attack into Special Attack. Also, on Medicham, instead of HP Rock, I'd put in Recover. Your Substitutes are going to break occasionally, after all, and you will want to get back the HP you invest in them.

1.Flygons max attack 44 points stronger than its sp.atk, making its sp.atk pretty useless.

2.The point of Sub is for the sub punch combo. And Subs to not break as easily as you seem to think if used properly.

Didn't you read the gamefaqs guide I told you to read. HP means Hidden Power, and HP: Rock means its type is rock. Hidden Powers type is determined by a pokemons IVs, which I'm not going to bother explaining to you unless you are so helpless you can't find the guide.
