My Thoughts on Our Current Format and The Next...

Hey guys it's Rotomboyz here!

While I was at Mid-West Regionals, I put together my thoughts on this format: (BW rules w/HGSS on rotation)

The reason I thought why Pokemon decided to have BW rules is so they could see how this effects the players mood towards the game and the game itself.
The explanation for my theory is the amount of time pokemon is giving us with the new rules before rotation.

Next Format:
Next Format is going to be slower than we are used to.

cards to look for next format:

A thing i noticed that the next format(RR-on) isvery similar to the 2005 format. I mean, i can construct a Pow BLock or a Dark Tyranitar/Electrode ex in that and the next format as well(well, Tyranitar/Electrode Prime). Check the decks of yaer 2005.

So, if you tell us, that next format (assuming RR-on) is slower, you're wrong.
Here is my idea, that will be veeeeeery fast:
Zekrom + Pachirisu CL + Shaymin UL

So you get your Collector T1, get Zekrom, play Pachirisu, attach 2 Lightnings, attach a Lightning to Zekrom, switch Lightnings from Pachirisu to Zekrom with Shaymin and do 120 TURN 1!!!!!!!
How is this Format not going to be fast???
And then there will probably be something like Pokemon Catcher, with something like that!?
Lol that's far away from beeing a slow Format ;D

That's about the fastest deck next format if it's hgss-on and it's a difficult combo to pull off. That's asking to have 3 nrg and collector t1. The game overall is much slower, with the faster decks having certain flaws. Without Uxie in the format, that combo is crazy hard to pull off t1 consistantly. Besides everyone been talking about it and it's counter able so eh.

Believe me it is not difficult, there are still ways to get your cards and there's Pokemon communication and things like that and don't forget playing 4 Smeargle and 3-4 Switch with 4 Collector and 3-4 PONT for consistency.
I predict getting out really fast with that ;D
It will most likely be RR-on btw....

How about slightly slower build with Electrode prime for energy acceleration? Then you can blast for 120 for like three to four straight turns. I'm working on a SD with Electrode Prime and certain high-hitting pokemon, and the damn combo works. Zekrom donk still lacks late and middle-game consistency. SO i don't think it's all that pro deck without severe adjustments.

Zekrom will be to easy to kill, because you will be doing 40 to yourself, and killing an own pokemon to get out is stupid in that situation and pachirisu would be faster and better, because electrode is luck based....

P.S.: Now making a example list....

4 Zekrom
3 Pachirisu
2 Shaymin

4 Switch
4 Dual Ball
4 Judge
3 Expert Belt
4 Plus Power
4 Seeker
4 SSU

You could play it like that, or with Magnezone, what would also be a nice option^^
