My three questions

I have 3 questions:

1. If a pokemon, for example, ludicolo, has a holon energy WP and and a water energy attached, and machamp attacks it, does machamps attack work?

2. Can Slowking UF get Technical Machines?

3. Does ATM Ice work if your opponent has no trainer cards in play?

1. Your first question doesn't make sense - feel free to rephrase it in another question. (It helps if you use attack names and/or card numbers.)

2. No. Technical Machines are not Pokemon Tools.

3. You can use it to attack, yes. However, if you don't discard any Trainer cards, it doesn't have any effect on the game.
