After getting owned at states by G decks I came up with this.

Strategy:
Get T1 stuntank and toxicroak. Hit hard right off the bat. Power spray everything. Weavile for late game kills with special dark. Honchkrow for bench sniping. Crobat for spread. Just beat down early.

This is to combat G decks? Do realize that Skuntank won't do diddly to G decks, and Toxicroak will also not do diddly in return. if you run Mewtwo Lv.X, they can drop Dialga Lv.X and shut off it's body. There aren't many counters to the G decks, and I think that is one reason they saw play.

I suggest using a 2-2 line of Poochyena/Mightyena (PT) for some tech vs. SP decks. Nice title.

if you can get a fster weavile G going and swarm OR attack with dialga G X or palkia G X the pretty much OHKO them.... Not really a counter but :/

if your going to play it this way i suggest switching the weavile and toxicroak count. also you need dialga lv. x otherwise mewtwo lv. x wrecks you.

there aernt any counter to g oh yes there is its dialga palkia lol so ya thats about it soo

you don't counter G decks, you outplay them. if you see another G deck you're facing, you just dont play the toxicroaks and skuntanks, and focus on Weaviles, honchkrows and Dialgas.

That's almost exactly the list i ran for VA states and got 4th, losing to a Gigas donk and Palkia/Dialga, which frankly, is your hardest match-up if you tech correctly.

The only problem I have is that I don't have a dialga g lv.x .
With my states ,MI, comming up on saterday it's going to be nearly imposable to get one :/

I just bought 3 packs, low and behold a dialga g lv.x!!

I'll update my list when I get home but my deck changes are
