Mystic Ticket Question--Please Help!!

hello everyone! my question is i have the emerald version of pokemon. do you have to be at a certain point in the game to be able to recevie the mystic ticket. my friend took my game before and got me the ticket. and i had finished the game up to after the elite 4. i am going to reset my game so i can get another ticket from pokemon rocks america(i live in arizona and i am going to the one that is going to be here) so, could i just restart, play the game a bit and then am i able to go and get the ticket without being to far in the game? please, if anyone knows, tell me!! thank you so much for you help! :clap: :thumb: :biggrin: :smile:

you just need to put the LINK TOGETHER WITH ALL phrase on the questionaire in the store

ah ok. well, i wasn't wondering how to get mystery gift activated, i was just wondering if i restart my game and lets say get to my first badge, go to the mart, activate mystery gift, would i be able to get the ticket?
