Need help with kingdra

I finally made my kingdra deck i waited weeks for the new set to come out and it doesnt even run half as good as i thought in my head over and over and its making me mad.. please some feedback so i can run it good

if you want this deck to be good, you have to make it consistent, you need to take out all the 1 card trainers and beef up to 4 of some, also you need either 4-4-4 kingdra or 4-3-4

-3 smeargle - 1 prof rowan -1 team galactic wager -1 pokeradar -1 dusk ball -1 quick ball

+1 more kingdra +2 more bebe + 1 more candy + 2 more pluspower + 2 cynthias

I agree with these fixes but would add:

- 1 Regice
- 2 Bucks
- 2 Water energy
- 4 Pokedex

+ 4 Call energy
+ 3 Evoluter
+ 2 Warp Point

I personally think Kingdra can never be ultimately perfect, It's overrated. But it is one evil deck. Make it consistent.

Politoed's list IMO isn't even CLOSE to the best.

kingdra should have 15+ water, and Phione is a BAD starter for this deck.
