need help with ptcgo crash

hi everyone,

i need help, since last week the game crashes suddenly ... it always ran fine but ....
i thought since my computer has so much crap on int im gonna format the pc, did last night.
installed ptcgo and .... it worked, great closed the game, went to sleep...
nowx 5 mins ago i want to start the game again and boom same crash ((
i emailed the support but , well after a week still in 'open' status
maybe someone can help me?! this is what the crash report gives;

tried unistalling and reinstalling but .... doesnt work

most likely a hardware malfunction.PTCGO has high RAM usage,so you have 2 have at least 2 GB of RAM for it.but thats just my guess.check if you have the requirements to run it

i have 4 gig of ram so ..... i think it has something to do with directx .....

Try running as administrator. I doubt that's the issue, but you *are* getting access denied.

i found a solution.....
i installed in a custom map and did not update my windows. works now so ....
i also mailed it to support , after 2 weeks its still 'work in progress'
but its fixed =)
