Hi, I am a serious collector and only looking for cards in mint condition. I only collect cards from Base-Neo in 1st edition and WotC promo's so the following cards will be from within those sets. I will only pay through paypal.

I actually have almost all of the Promos you are looking for, but most of them have a little white showing on the edges of the backs of the cards from being moved around over the years.
