Need Opinions On Kingdra Deck

Yup another Kingdra deck heres the list:

Pokemon:
2x Jirachi LA
4-2-4 Kingdra
3x Arcticuno
1-1 Vaporeon(will remove prob but dunno what to replace with)

Trainers:
4x Rare Candy
4 Bebe's Search
4x TGW
3x Cynthia's Feelings
2x Buck's Training
4x Pokeradar
3x NM
3x Warp Point

Energy:
12x Water
4x Call Energy

Yup general Kingdra strat Jirachi start to draw Candies and Kingdra is optimal. Arcticuno is here mainly for resist to lightning and Para on entry plus a pretty good attack for 3 and i think decent health for a basic.

Would prefer to not play claydol if i can because i dont have any :frown:

I'll get back to the list tomorrow but here's my fix
Subtract the Vaporeon line for 2 amulet coins because it can you get whatever you need straight into your hand

My testing has shown Pachirisu is the best start for Kingdra. Also you need 4 roseannes, especially since you don't want to play Claydol. -4 Call energy for like 3 water energy and a pachi.

In my playing, I use 14 water, and that almost seems too much. 12 or 13 is plenty. What I don't see here is Felicity's Drawing. Get 3 or 4 in this deck, major help to draw and discard water energy.
