The winneh is announced!
Hello, after a few hours sorting through all of the cards, I have finally figured out who wins! :thumb: But, just like last time before I get to the winners here are some non-winners that needed to be mentioned!
For the most broken trainer, Absoltrainer!

Ash's Luck
[Supporter Rule]
Flip a coin. If heads, discard 3 energy cards attached to your Pokemon and the Defending Pokemon is Knocked Out. If tails, your opponent discards 3 energy cards attached to his or her Pokemon and your Active Pokemon is Knocked Out.
This supporter turns any lucky person into a feared OHKO powerhouse, it also doesn't say that it doesn't work if the pokemon can't discard the energy either!
For most broken energy, afstandopleren!
Negative Devolution Energy
----------------------------
Negative Devolution Energy provides all energy but provides only 1 at a time.
When you attach Negative Devolution Energy to an Evolved Pokemon, you may choose
one of your opponents Pokemon in play and discard the highest stage of Evolution of that Pokemon.
Simple but deadly, this energy has an effect better than most supporters have!
For most broken pokemon card and most broken concept, Darkrai 90!
Meta pokemon.
We knew this would happen, the 'meta' pokemon are just gigantic beasts with massive HP, massive attacks, and awesome support. The high energy costs only barly make it a little more fair.
Now that we are past the most broken of them, next come our semi-winners. The semi-winners will win the minor prize and ten thousand 'Who's Line' points!
For the best energies, Poketo!
Grass Energy (Special)
All of the attacks on the pokemon that this is attached to say "The defending is now asleep". Ignore this effect if this isn't attached to a Grass type pokemon.
Fire Energy (Special)
All of the attacks on the pokemon that this is attached to say "Flip a coin if heads the defending pokemon is burned." Ignore this effect if this isn't attached to a Fire type pokemon. You may only use this effect once in this way.
Water Energy (Special)
All of the attacks on the pokemon that this is attached to say, "Flip a coin, if heads do 10 damage to each of your opponents benched pokemon dont apply (weakness or resistance.) If tails do 10 damage on each of your benched pokemon (dont apply weakness or resistance). Ignore this effect if this isn't attached to a Water type pokemon.
Lightning Energy (Special)
All of the attacks on the pokemon that this is attached to say, "Flip a coin, if heads the defending pokemon is paralyzed." Ignore this effect if this isn't attached to a Lightning type pokemon. You may only use this effect once in this way.
Fighting Energy (Special)
All of the attacks on the pokemon that this is attached to say, "Flip a coin, if heads this attack does 20 more damage, if tails _______ takes 20 more damage from the defending pokemon during your opponents next turn" Ignore this effect if this isn't attached to a Fighting type pokemon.
Psychic Energy (Special)
All of the attacks on the pokemon that this is attached to say, "The defending pokemon is poisoned, flip a coin, if heads put 2 damage counters inbetween turns instead of 1." Ignore this effect if this isn't attached to a Psychic type pokemon. You may only use this effect once in this way.
These are nice! They give other pokemon types other than (M) and (D) special energy to look forward too! Good job Poketo, I have PMed you your reward!
For best trainer, Meditite rox!
Doom Stadium
STADIUM
Stadium blah....
After either player draws any number of cards, discard 1 card from the top of that player's deck.
This card could easily get mill decks back on their feet! Or at least give them something to start with! Good job Meditite rox, I have PMed you your reward!
For best energy concept, Magic Umbreon!
Energy pokemon!
Having energy that can be used as emergancy pokemon are great, but the attacks stunk, they should have had amazing searching attacks due to the fact that they are almost unfindable. Good job Magic Umbreon, I have PMed you your reward!
Best Trainer concept, JandPDS!
Supporter *
Just like with some pokemon, there are some trainer ideas that are just too powerfull to have more than one of in a deck, this would solve that problem! Good job JandPDS, I have PMed you your reward!
Now, I have kept the pokemon awards for last! The second place winner in each 'best card' and 'best new concept' areas will win the minor prize and 25,000 'Who's line' points! The first place winner in each will win both the minor AND the major prize, and will win 1 Billon 'Who's line' points! (Eat that Drew Carrey!)
In second place for the best card, PokePockets!
Dialga HP 100 (M)
Basic
Item:Time Charm
Whever Dialga uses the attack "Time Reset" Dialga is not shuffled back into the deck
(C)(C)(C)-Dragon Claw 50+
Flip a coin, if heads, this attack does 50 plus 20 more damage
(M)(M)(M)(C)(C)Time Reset
Discard all (M) energy attached to Dialga. Your opponent shuffles all but 1 pokemon in play of their choice and all cards attached to them back into their deck. You shuffle all of your pokemon in play back into your deck. Both Players shuffle their hand and prize cards back into their deck. Then, both you and your opponent draw a new hand of 5 cards, and take the top 4 cards of your deck and make them Prize cards. Dialga cannot use Time Reset during your next turn.
W-(R) x2
R-(P) -20
RC: (C)(C)(C)
This card is awesome, letting a player reset part of the battle for a hefty price means that there are plenty of mean things this thing could do if planned out correctly without being broken! Bleh, it was PokePockets who made this card, not Darkrai_90... Oops...
For second place in the best new concept, Potato Head!
Hitmontop Type: (F) HP: 70
Double Team
As long as Hitmontop is your active Pokemon and is evolved, you may choose a (F) type Pokemon from your bench and place it next to Hitmontop. This Pokemon is able to use an attack on the same turn as Hitmontop. This effect cancels if Hitmontop is not active.
(F)(F) Triple Kick
Flip three coins. This attack does 10 damage times the number of heads
Weakness: (P) +20
Resistance: (D) -20
Retreat Cost: (C)
I think that this is awesome, letting you have two active pokemon as long as you kept the types together! Good job Potato Head, your prize in PMing to you right now! This just goes to show you people, it doesn’t take a grandmaster cardmaker to come up with an awesome idea!

This card is awesome, not only can the card evolve itself from your hand for only (C), but also the card can attack from the bench once fully Leveled up! Even though this card would be broken if made exactly like this, this card is a great bunch of new ideas all rolled up into one! Enjoy your prize EnsignMerlin, you deserve it! :thumb:
And the Winner for the best new concept card is…
Meditite rox!

W:[D]+20
R:[C]-20
RC:[C]
Gengar LV.45 HP90 [P]
STAGE 2: Evolves from Haunter
[Poke-POWER] Transparency
Whenever Gengar would be damaged by an opponent's attack, you may flip a coin. If heads, the attack does no damage to Gengar. All damage that would have been done to Gengar is instead done to 1 of your Benched Pokemon of your opponent's choice. Treat the Benched Pokemon as though it was your Active Pokemon instead.
[P][P] Haunt
Your opponent puts 8 damage counters on his or her Pokemon in any way he or she likes. If a Pokemon is Knocked Out by this attack, no more damage counters can be put on it from this attack.
W:[D]+30
R:[C]-20
RC:[C]
Gengar LV.X HP120 [P]
LEVEL UP: Put onto Gengar
[.] Healing Soul
Remove 5 damage counters from 1 of your Benched Pokemon.
[P][C] Pain Split
Count the number of damage counters on all of your Pokemon in play and compare it to the number of damage counters on all of your opponent's Pokemon in play. If there are more damage counters on your Pokemon that on your opponent's Pokemon, put damage counters on your opponent's Pokemon until the number of damage counters is equal. If there are less damage counters on your Pokemon than your opponent's Pokemon, this attack does 50 damage to the Defending Pokemon.
W:[D]x2
R:[C]-20
RC:[C]
Here we have an example of a great card that I could see coming in a set a year from now. While the new concept itself isn’t the greatest I’ve ever seen, the card is perfectly balanced (Well, almost.) The only thing I see wrong with it is the fact that Transparency doesn’t tell you what to do if you don’t have any benched pokemon… But the attack haunt is awesome, doing massive damage but letting your opponent control where that damage goes would be one freaky deck! Good job Meditie rox! I have PMed you about the prize.
Well… That wraps up this CaC challenge, be sure to come back (And bring some friends!) To my next CaC challenge coming soon! :Thumb::Smile::Thumb:
(P.S. Just so you all know a little more about how I choose the winner, I look through the cards the first time (For each category I put.) And choose the best of the cards I find there, I then test out how those cards would do in real life and thin the list from there!)
