i would like the orange islands too, and homeofmew, where do u watch the japanesse anime, i want to watch it.
 
Maybe the badges are based on the energy symbols. I've seen pins that exist that are like that, so it makes sense.
 
Yes, the pokemon TCG must only do things related directly to the video game. Did you miss the part in red/green/blue with imposter prof oak? He was working with the desert shaman in the researching tower of Holon on the Delta Species of pokemon..... :wink:
 
I'd be perfectly happy with elite four badges....but I suppose since they didn't actually have badges in the games or episodes, it probably won't happen.
 
Are we going to have any deal where if we received all 8 badges, we can send in something and get something? I think that was some promotion last year.

Didn't the Elite Four have badges of some sort in Pokemon Puzzle League? The Sevii Islands series had badges, right?

I for one would really like something like that, but it probably won't happen. Also, it could be another Battle Frontier series with the different Ability ribbons as badges.

there are places you can get it.
however posting it here is probably not allowed.
you can buy the Japanese DVD I guess lol.

Last year's promotion was when you earned enough points to earn a badge, and completed the season challenge, you got a redemption code that you could register through your "my pokemon" account to get special holographic energy. From what I've heard it was a lot of work for PUI, So this year they sent the energy directly to the league leader to hand out.

I would highly doubt that PUI would ever ask you to mail in all your badges! I'm sure they would feel obligated to return them, which lots of money - both in postage and in staff time.
 
Yeah, I can't see them doing that. I have no info, however, if anything, they'd send a request in either electronic form to the league leaders to show the ones who got the badges, or they'd ask them to return a card with that info on it. That's how they'd probably handle that sort of thing if that sort of situation arose again.

None of those things were made by POP. and they are the ones with the restrictions.

That'd actually be really cool, though we would definitely need 9 seasons for that.
 
Man, I was hoping for a Johto redux. This looks more like the 2002 League season.

Wouldn't mind seeing Energy symbol badges myself. I have a feeling it'll be only the Basic Energy types (no Colorless), so as to keep the traditional 8-season format.
