Scott I am curious how were you able to get away with breaking rule#13:eek::confused:

Unless you have connections that of course allows you to break rule#13:cool::wink:

Anyway those prices will likely go down and probably sooner than later.
 
oh is that the ebay link? Maybe it is ok if it is price guide discussion, since I am not really advertising for this auction, if anything I am doing the opposite because that price is way too high!!!

I think they will be half this in a few months when every japanese seller has them listed like the arceus ones.
 
Yeah, you should only pay prices like that if for some reason you want to own the cards before any other collectors.

People should just be patient, for what I've seen alot of promo_sens auctions are rather overpriced.
 
Yes quite overpriced if promo_sen did indeed sell individual snap-prize cards for thousands of dollars or pounds , whichever way you look at it.

Oh, I wasn't advertising either and the gym took down my thread about Ed and Gary's PSA set which was in the price-guide section and sent me a couple warnings on top of it. Not complaining about it just stating the same may happen to you Scott.
 
Whatever the price is, you know there is a good chance of us seeing those next year with the designation change happening to Trainers...:thumb:

they so could do this for BRs or CCs, 1st 2nd 3rd winners cards T_T
(would cost them like .30 cents)
 
I really like these Pikachus.. Probably these will be the new World Champ Trophies? In English of course. That would be great :p

It's really cool that promo_sen sells cards again. He didn't for a long time. In the past years he has sold the rarest cards in the Pokemon world.. including TMB, SSB, National Tournament Pikas, Illustrator Pika as well as the Battle Road trophy cards with the winner's pic...

Geri are you talking about the english 1,2,3 trainers? they might make these for battle road but not for worlds.

Oh and yes I am glad promo-sen is back, I know he provided a good amount of the pictures in the gym that geri posted. He sold all of those cards for excellent prices!
 
Yeah promo_sen returns and Mozz disappears, it would be cool if they were both back on ebay.

Poke-Geri, you are way out voted on hoping that those medals become the new art work for the trophy-cards. Though I applaud you for your honesty and bravery to state your opinion amongst such opposition, just don't do so again!! LOL
 
How hard are actual Victory Medals to get? I'd like a set to play with over Pokedex...and I can never really make it to many tournaments it seems. One isn't really enough ._>

Just check eBay.
Or post in the buyers thread, alot of top players who go to Battle Roads end up with alot and get sick of them from what I've heard. Might get some there for a decent price.
 
You can generally buy them for $30 or less. You can also trade a playable Lv. X for one usually. From a collection standpoint, that's a really good trade.

I didnt't only forget these.. he has sold so many trophy cards over the year..


I really like the world champ trophy cards, but wouldn't it be nice to have new Trophy cards for Worlds one day? :rolleyes:

I for one don't think so. The retro look coupled with the instant recognizability factor make these cards so classic. As much as I like the new styled artwork that is coming down the line with Legend (particularly on the trainers) I just don't think it would fit the Worlds Trophy Cards.
 
I dont know what they would do for the new ones, I would like to see some, because then the others would be more rare, but I don't know what they could do. I mean I am not a big fan of the cgi pika's, the japanese original ones all the way!!!
 
I'm with Scott on this one, I like the classic look and I would like to see some trophy cards that didn't always depict pikachu. It would be nice if they changed the art work of the worlds trophy cards from year to year.
