New player questions

Just got a 3ds and both black 2 and white 2 and have some question. I hadnt played a pokemon game since ruby and ALOT has changed.

1.) Can someone explain the tucking in pokemon and what exactly it does?

2.) Is there an easier way to make the grass rustle or do i just have to wait.

1- tucking in your pokemon will let you play the dream world games on the internet. It gives you access to pokemon, abilities, and items to send to your game that you don't have access to normally in game. http://en.pokemon-gl.com/

2-If you run back and forth just outside the grass, you will get them every 50-100 steps.

Just like to add, repel makes running around to get rustling spots a lot easier, especially the out of the way ones where you might encounter another random Pokemon before getting to it.

Thanks id been running around on the bridges of root 7 but theres only so many emolgas a man can catch before he wishes for audinos(great exp farm, sunkern jumped 14 levels with EXP share after koing one). Ive had a magnemite tucked in for a couple days now. Ill have to see if theres something i missed on the global link site.
