In BW, when they changed the foil style, a lot of people commented that the normal holos were 'prettier' than the RHs, which kinda kills the whole point of RHs in the first place. My guess is word got back, and they decided to make the reverses prettier-er. :thumb:
 
These definitely look at least ten times better than what we have seen for reverse holos. My hope is that they don't bend in awkward ways like we've seen in the past (the worst being HGSS). Definitely want to get a set of certain things in reverse holo, now, though. :D
 
FREAKING LOVE THIS! I must have missed this post because I opened up my first packs today and was BLOWN AWAY by the revs! WOW!
 
I was wondering if we could pressure TPCi into giving us TWO Reverse Holo cards per pack, since they're very in demand and us Reverse Holo collectors don't have to spend a fortune on them.

And there you have why TPCi is very unlikely to double the amount of reverse cards in the pack. I do agree with you, though, that I'd love it if TPCi would do two rev holos in a pack. A guaranteed rare rev holo and another common/uncommon rev holo. Would make it much easier to foil out decks...

You're not alone, I too think the new reverse holos look gaudy and distracting. Plus it's like... why do the reverse holos look "better" than regular holos? I thought the holo-rares were supposed to be the better of the two, with the reverse holos have a "visual value" in between holo-rares and normal, non-holo cards? Why don't they make the HOLOs look like that and the reverse holos look like normal holos?

Well, If the BW regular Holos where anything to base off of, I don't want those. But, the old holo's were pretty nice, and I'd usually play them in place of reverse. But the I personally like the new style, but the fighting one is a bit busy.
 
Has anyone else noticed miscut reverse holo cards in their pack? I've had at least two, not sure if anyone else did, in the same box.
