New Rules? Pokemon Abilities affecting Power/Body play?

Can anyone tell me when these new rules come into effect?


I'm still a little confused as to how the new Abilities will affect previous Pokepower and Pokebody play. If it's combining the two pieces, will it assume that we're re-defining older effects?

For example, will Dialga G LV X still only affect Pokebodies? Or will it affect pokepowers and abilities, too, since they're being combined?

They will come into effect when B&W is officially released in your area.
In the US, that will be the last week of April.

It does not change anything about Pokemon Powers, Poke-Powers, or Poke-Bodies.
Abilities are a new category and there is not translation from one to the other like there was between Pokemon Powers and Bodies and Powers.
