18 Pokémon:
4 Febas
3 Milotic
4 Squirtle
1 Wartortle
3 Blastoise ex
2 Dunsparce(Sandstorm)
1 Zangoose

22 Trainers:
4 Professor Oak's Research
4 Bill's Maintenance
4 Rare Candy
2 Wally's Training
2 Potion
2 Oran Berry
2 Warp Point
2 High Pressure System

20 Energy:
20 Water Energy

The strategy of this deck is to start out with Febas. Attach an energy the first turn and the sceond turn, energy dance(Blastoise ex) the third and fourth, evolve and do 80 next turn with Milotic. Milotic's power heals off the damage from energy dance!

Um...you need a big attacker. BIG ATTACKER. TAWR. Enough said.

Isn't blastoise ex a big hitter already? At least it is good hitter for a non-infinite damage hiiter.

According to Nick15:
* FEEBAS [30 HP] (Basic Water Pokemon)
[C] Tackle (10)
[W] High Beauty
Search your deck for a Pokemon that evolves from Feebas and attach it to
Feebas. This counts as evolving Feebas. Shuffle your deck afterwards.
WEAKNESS: LIGHTNING
RETREAT: C
24/83 Uncommon #140 [Tomokazu Komoya]

* MILOTIC [100 HP] (Stage 1 Water Pokemon / Evolves from Feebas)
[POWER] Healing Shower
If you play this card from your hand, you may remove all damage counters
from every Pokemon in play (including your opponent's, except for
Pokemon-ex).
[WC] Splash (30)
[WWCC] Wonderhit (80)
Before doing damage, remove 3 damage counters from the Defending
Pokemon.
WEAKNESS: LIGHTNING
RETREAT: CC
25/83 Holo-Rare #141 [Atsuko Nishida]

* BLASTOISE ex [150 HP] (Stage 2 Water Pokemon / Evolves from Wartortle)
[POWER] Energy Dance
As often as you want during your turn, you may choose 1 WATER energy card
from your hand and attach it to one of your Pokemon in play. If you do
put 1 damage counter on that Pokemon. This power can't be used if
Blastoise ex is affected by a Special Condition.
[WWWC] Ebb Tide (80)
Flip a coin until you flip a tails. For each heads, choose 1 energy card
attached to the Defending Pokemon and discard it.

If you get a fully powered Milotic out turn 2, 80 per turn would be incredibly deadly.

Well, after reading Milotic very carefully, it does only 50 damage because you must remove 3 damage counters from the defending Pokemon.
Then, it does 80 damage.

Remember, if removes first. So it really does 80 damage. So against a blaziken/EX, this would remove 30(they probably don't, and if they did, okay they are back to 150HP) then hit them for 80, doubling to 160 OHKO.

Lol, after reading it very carefully. It doesn't do 50 damage. It does 80 damage. There's a 50 damage ADVANTAGE. A damage advantage is the total number of damage counters removed from your side+the total number of damage counters placed on their side. This isn't affected by weakness, resistance, effects on the defending pokemon, etc.

Milotic is a great counter for Blaziken EX though, in any deck. And because of its awesome power, it's even better. Just attack a DRE (unless you're playing water) and a strength charm. KO.

Well, it will always do 80 to a fully healed Pokémon. A second attack and that same Pokémon will have 130 damage on it. That will knock out any non-ex Pokémon.
