So is registration at 11 or 12 and does it start at 12 or 1? Is John running this? Why isn't this up on the official OP site?

Mikey, 11 is the registration and I think 12 is when it starts. Best to be there early. Yes, John is running this and it's not up on the site because John didn't get the time to put it up. He sent me the e-mail with the info.
