Just a few ideas off the bat, it's probably worth switching the Meowstic line for a 1-1-1 BC Dusknoir line, the Duskull and Dusclops being from flashfire ideally, they're pretty much a straight improvement on their BC counterparts. This is because the pyramid line isn't ideal, as if you get out the one Meowstic the other Espurr becomes a bench sitter and you're not running any cards like ultra ball to discard it making a dead card or an easy prize for your opponent. Also having an ability to move damage instead frees you up to attack for the turn.
Alternatively you could add in a Garbodor line and a few (3-4) float stone and bump up the Meowstic count to two. This will help to disable other decks and still be able to manipulate your opponents damage. You will lose Glaceon's ability with this approach however, so if you think your opponent won't be using abilities it's best to not play them.
Alongside either approach, if you want to focus on the spread damage (as I have it seems
), then a 2-2 Gourgeist line will be a good addition since it deals plenty of spread damage, and with spirit scream can easily set up 2-1 prize trades or perhaps even 2-0 trades on EX pokemon with the Meowstic/Dusknoir to back it up.
Finally i agree with Break, three energy types isn't ideal. If you don't intend to play strictly in-format decks and you really want three types, then it's probably best to drop all of the lightning energy, perhaps bar 1-2, and 1-2 water energy and replace them with 3-4 Blend Water Lightning fighting metal energy to free up space. 1 Jolteon and 1 emolga need 2-3 lightning energy between them and won't be too useful in all matchups.
Alternatively you could add a Pikachu-Raichu line to be able to hit harder with the lightning type, in which case it's probably better to keep a higher number of the lightning energy, although Double Colourless Energy are the preferred energy for Raichu.
If you are playing in format we'll be losing blend energy soon and if you do cut down to two types then it's probably best to get rid of Jolteon, all the lightning energy and possibly keep the Emolga, although it's preferable to replace it with another professors letter as it does the same job without taking up the turns attack.
Apologies for all the probablys but I'm not hugely experienced myself and I don't want to say this approach is best because at the end of the day, if you can make it work, then awesome.
Hope that helps C:
