I am not seeing Ninetales/Ninetales EX's use here. Sure, I see the combo in Magcargo EX and Magneton, but what is Ninetales there for.

Way too many pokemon and energies, not nearly enough trainers. Shave the energy down to around 16, and drop either the Ninetales or the Magcargo line. You don't need both.
