No rarity symbol japanese gym cards

I got a lot of cards from ebay which is mostly japanese. Many of the gym series cards do not have a rarity symbol which I believe means there from theme decks. I'm just wondering if these are considered more rare and if so do they sell for a higher price? Thanks in advance.

Personally, I doubt there's a value difference. The theme decks sell pretty cheap, and there's little demand for Japanese set cards.
