Another Pokémon TCG prerelease is around the corner (two months after the previous one?!), and so it's time for another print run calculation colaboration!
The rules are simple: just write down the cards you get in the pack you get, in the EXACT order you got them in, and separating the commons, reverse-foil, rare and uncommon cards from one-another. For convienence sake, the card's number will do fine, and if you could write it to look like the following, that would be super!
* C C C C C / F / R / U U U
C = Common
F = Reverse foil
R = Rare
U = Uncommon
Just as a reminder, the goal is to determine the order of the common (and hopefully Uncommon) print run. Knowing this has all kinda of positive consequences for drafts; for example, if you notice that someone else, in a pass draft, is taking all the Cubchoo's in packs, then there's a good bet they pulled a Beartic, and you can adjust your strategy accordingly! There are other good reasons to know this, but... I don't have the time to share it now.
Also, yes, I realize I didn't finish the Emerging Powers print run... but I was trying to graduate from college and all my free time simply evaporated. But THIS time I promise to finish this one (oh, and finish the Emerging Powers one too).
Anyways, with the prereleases coming up next weekend, now's a good time to remind everyone to RECORD YOUR PACKS!
Thank you very much for helping on this project and hopefully we can also continue to make this a regular thing here at the 'Gym!
