North Texas~Battle Roads

Wanted to make this big and easy to tell from the other posts of mine. Saturday is the Plano Battle Road. This is with Registration at 10 am and looking to start at 11 am. We will have deck lists there but we still have limited numbers. I have had 30+ sign-up of the possible 48 seats. If you wish to sign-up just send me a message here on PokeGym. Everyone get ready for the last Premier Event in North Texas of the tournament year (Sept. - Aug).

Have had 2 more confirm. That makes 34 and only leave 14 more slots available if all those show up. Need to hurry and let me know if you want to put on the list. That includes the people who could not tell me for sure. If you have said would like to and did not know then need to make a decision soon because I have to give it to the ones who confirm wanting to be there first. We have a little less than 3 days till we start this Battle Road.
 
I believe that I have everyone that has confirmed for being there. That makes 34. If anyone was saying would try and knows then need to let me know. Those last 14 spots could easily be taken at any time and better to be on the list than not because if not on the list then have to wait to see if everyone shows up for any openings.

What will be the time limit for taking names OFF of the list??? Will we have a waiting list for players to take their place if they do not make it be before the cut-off. Will players that have signed up and call that they are running late be given a "first round" loss and be able to play or will they be taken off of the list and another player take their place???

Thanks for any and all of these questions that you can answer. But, we might not even fill up the list, either.

I am up to 36 players on the list and since the start time is suppose to be 11 a.m. then that is when names will be pulled off the list if have not recieved word that from someone who signed up earlier is running late. There will be a list for people to sign-up on if we reach the 48 that the store said was maximum.

If someone is not there and has not called to say will be late then will be taken off and first person on the waiting list will be allowed to play.

If someone is going to be late and calls about it then can either withdraw and let someone take their place if have people waiting but we have a full roster or can take losses for rounds missed. I will be sure to find out what is proper for this. It would not be fair not to have a penalty though if we have people waiting to play.
 
Oh boy oh boy...really excited for this one, guys! GL to all. Sad to say but no judging from Mr. Kettler...time to play! :)
 
I am bringing three more Seniors, Nathan D., Mitchell R., and Wes H., to the Plano Battle Roads from Willow Park (outside of Fort Worth). So that would put the number up to at least 49.
 
Just saying, everyone should be familiar with the new Copy/Versatile/Mimicry vs. LV. X ruling made recently. GL to Nathan, Mitchell, Cameron, and Kettler (if you're going) tomorrow!

EDIT: And Demetre and Danny! Didn't know you were going!

Everyone needs to be prepared for tomorrow. I am sure that the people who played the City Championship there will remember that there is little room. Everyone needs to just bring what they need to play. There will be new kids there as well and some that have not played in a Premier Tournament. It is very important to be courtesous to your fellow players. I will be working to make things work the best possible so I hope everyone will be on their best behavior and make the last North Texas Battle Roads a great success.
