I am taking notes in a match in a timely manner (for example checking what is prized when I first search my deck, like most good players do) and then once my turn ends I write down the cards that are prized. My questions are:
1. Do I have to show the notes to my opponent if he or she asks me to show them?
2. Do I have to show the notes to a judge if he or she asks me to show them? (assuming obvious yes)
3. Do the notes have to be written in a way that the judge or my opponent (if question 1 is yes) can interpret them? Is HTL for HypnoToxic Laser acceptable, is UB for Ultra Ball acceptable, is card for Computer Search acceptable and is aguiigreuifwgui for Pokemon Catcher acceptable?
4. Is there anything else relevant that I should know when it comes down to taking notes in a match?
